Who is responsible

This website is run by Murat Atalay Travel Agency (MURAT ATALAY TURİZM), a TÜRSAB licensed travel agency, licence No. 11294, based in Side / Manavgat, Antalya, Türkiye. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +90 536 603 75 84.

What we collect

When you book, we collect the details you type into the booking form: your name, phone number, whether it is on WhatsApp, your email address if you give it, your hotel and room number, the date you chose, the number of adults, children and infants, your preferred language and anything you write in the note.

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email address, hotel, preferred date, party size and message.

Why we need it

To confirm your booking, to plan your transfer, to send you your pickup time and to make sure the right vehicle collects you from the right hotel on the right day. We do not use your details for anything else.

What we never collect

No card or bank details. Nothing is paid on this website, so no payment data passes through it.

Who sees it

Your booking is stored in our reservation system and shared only with the people who carry out your visit — the transfer driver and the hamam. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

If you give an email address, the reservation system sends your booking confirmation to it.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with our own first-party, cookieless statistics: the page viewed, the country, the type of device, the site that sent you here and anonymous actions such as starting a booking or tapping WhatsApp — not who you are. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this website, so there is no cookie banner to click away.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only as long as we need them to run your booking and to keep the season's accounts.
