Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp at +90 536 603 75 84 with your booking reference, or call the same number. We confirm the cancellation in the same conversation.
Nothing to refund
Nothing is paid online or in advance, so cancelling never involves a refund. Please still cancel as early as you can: a place that is not used cannot be offered to anyone else.
Changing your booking
To change the date or the number of guests, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and we will tell you what is possible.
If we have to cancel
If we ever have to cancel a visit, we tell you as soon as possible. As nothing has been paid in advance, you are never out of pocket.
